Essential Qualifications :
(a) Educational : Degree in law of a recognized University.
(b) Experience : Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications.
(c) Desirable Qualification : Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized University.

(b) Experience : Five years post qualification experience in teaching at degree level / research / preparation of teaching learning material / curriculum development / educational testing / examination reforms / development & administration of online examinations.
(c) Desirable Qualification : One year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute. Experience : Two years’ experience in software applications.
