Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and India’s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, requires the following personnel on temporary basis for its Panchkula unit.
(A) PANCHKULA UNIT
BEL Engineer/Officer Post Details for Panchkula Unit :
1. Trainee Engineer-I (Electronics) : 20 posts (EWS-06, OBC-13,ST-01)
Pay Scale : 1 st Year : 30,000/- 2 nd Year : 35,000/- 3 rd Year : 40,000/-
Minimum post qualification Experience as on 01.02.2023 : 01 Year
2. Project Engineer/Officer-I : (a) Electronics -06 posts (b) HR-01 post (UR-01,EWS-03,OBC-01, ST-02).
Pay Scale : 1st Year : 40,000/- 2nd Year : 45,000/- 3rd Year : 50,000/- 4th Year : 55,000/-
Minimum post qualification Experience as on 01.02.2023 : 02 Year
Qualification for Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer/Officer In BEL:
(a) 4 Years B.E./ B.Tech. course from recognised Institute/University in the following Engineering discipline for the post of Trainee and Project Engineers–(a) Electronics – Electronics/ Electronics& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication.
(b) 2 Years MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR from recognised Institute/University for the post of Project Officer – I (HR)
Candidates should have secured the following Minimum Percentage of Marks in the Qualifying Examination : General/ OBC/ EWS : 55% & above and SC/ST/PWD : Pass Class
Selection Procedure :
Selection will be through a written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test. Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category.
