SAIL has introduced ” Policy Guidelines for Engagement of Young Professionals”. The guidelines provide for identification of requirement of Sarkari Naukri Vacancy in specific areas at Plant/Unit level and engagement of young professionals under three categories as mentioned below.
Recruitment Details & Eligibility Criteria for ” SAIL : Engagement of Young Professionals”
All Indian Nationals who have completed 23 years of age and have possessed essential ( either of the following as notified) B.E./B.Tech./Graduate with MBA (relevant specialization) / CS/CA/CMA
Desirable: M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D. or other qualification/ certification as may be notified.
1. Young professional-1 : Upper age limit 35 years with minimum 3 years experience
2. Young professional-2 : Upper age limit 38 years with minimum 6 years experience
3. Young professional-3 : Upper age limit 42 years with minimum 10 years experience
Emoluments for SAIL: Engagement of Young Professionals
Young professionals are eligible for retainer-ship fee and other benefits as per advertisement. Please read the advertisement carefully before applying.
1. Young professional-1 : Rs. 70,000/-
2. Young professional-2 : Rs. 1,00,000/-
3. Young professional-3 : Rs. 1,40,000/-
